While every person’s process is unique, our exploration generally moves through three seasonal phases:

Initial Meet-Up: Attunement and Co-Discovery.

Orienteering: Cultivating a "Process-Map" for our future work.

Co-Walking: Journeying through the gateways of arising.

As we journey together, different themes arise. Like any journey, as new themes arise, our mapping and tracking shifts. At times, we also revisit some of the terrain we have covered because the practice of retrospection offers its own insights and perspectives.

FLOW OF EXPERIENCE

FOCUS & RHYTHM

To align your focus and harness the energies of the journey, we typically meet bi-weekly or monthly via video call. This path requires a willingness to engage in "at-home" inner work between sessions—including journaling, dream recording, and tracking subtle energetic shifts.

MY COMMITMENT TO YOU

My work does not end when our call hangs up. After each session, I weave our dialogue into my core practices of forest hillwalking and quiet-sitting. I "take our dialogue for a walk," meditating on the themes and sacred questions that surfaced.

Within 48 hours, you will receive a Soul Report—a meditative "Field Report" of our session. These dispatches are designed to augment your exploration and may include:

Quest-I-On Questions: Targeted inquiries for deeper contemplation.

Themed Resources: Suggested books, articles, or videos relevant to your current path.

Experiential Practices: Journaling exercises, visualizations, or somatic experiments.

Over time, these reports become a physical map of your journey, allowing you to revisit "gateways" and track the evolution of your Deep Self.

SACRED RECIPROCITY

In the spirit of reciprocity, the exchange for time, energy, and focused counsel is $150 (USD) per session.

• Payment: Due on or before the day of the session via PayPal or Venmo.

• The Soul Report: Provided as a supplementary offering at no additional charge.

• International Travelers: I welcome clients globally (including past work with travelers from Japan, the UK, and beyond); please ensure currency conversion to USD.
